I was researching landscaping companies for a few months to get relatively large work done in my yard. You do not have to worry that much if you are trying to hire someone to cut your grass or bushes, but it is completely different story if you need to build stairs, walkways, etc. It needs to last, look nice, needs to be functional and priced right. And you need someone with enough experience and willing to give you proper suggestions “on the go”. Lots of these projects start with the simple idea, but as it progresses, the ideas evolve and you need a bit of help to decide how to continue in the right direction. And that’s where Benjamin Landscaping comes in. As it turns out, I could not find more honest, professional and experienced company in the price range I was looking for. And I am fairly picky about the results produced for the money I pay. I was able do discuss the ideas with Ben, I was changing plans along the way (mostly expanding), and every single time he was able to surprise me with the innovation, level of professionalism and going above and beyond what was expected. All in all, all thumbs up for Benjamin Landscaping. The work has been done as expected in a timely fashion. And I had friends coming over and telling me how exceptional everything looks. So it is not just me 🙂

I was quite pleased with Benjamin and his worker when they installed our retaining walls last year. They did exactly what was agreed to in the quotation, cleaned up perfectly and the walls ended up looking far better than I foresaw. There was a bit of a wait to get Benjamin but in the end i'm thinking it was the best option to be patient. All in all, great job, its certainly a wall that will probably last forever the way they built it.

Last Summer we where trying to find a landscaping contractor that could do our driveway with paving stones and also help us with a new yard idea for the back. The hard part of finding the right contractor is that one guy in the area could do the excavation but didn't have the expertise to do the paving stones or build stairs. We hired Benjamin because he specializes in everything we needed done. We wanted everything done by one contractor hands on. Excavation is just one part of the job. Benjamin and his employees completed everything from start to finish. Breaking out the old cement, excavation, driveway paving stones, the stone slab stairs and retaining walls. Benjamins style is good, quality is perfect. So far everything has been perfect, drainage works great, we are very happy we went with the right contractor. We where glad we didn't hire just the excavation because there was a fair bit of complexity to our job as we found out. Benjamin knew about everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend Benjamin and his crew.

Ben did a fantastic job with our tree trimming project from start to finish. Right after requesting a quote, we got an instant response from him, and we were provided a very fair quote. He trimmed the trees to the exact height we requested, and he ensured the surrounding area was spotless after he left. 10/10 service. Friendly, and professional. Our yard is far more useful after the new lawn and patio, I'd recommend Ben to anyone. The 3d design was great, we framed it for hanging on the wall.

Our driveway has never been more beautiful and useful after the new paver installation. We used to struggle with gravel and weeds. Most residents in the area have done concrete but the paving stones was far more appealing. I get compliments all the time on the unique design.
